Deposits

A $100 non-refundable deposit is required for every appointment. Your deposit goes towards the final price of your tattoo. It is not an extra cost.

ALL DEPOSITS are non-refundable.

Cancellations/Reschedules

I kindly ask that you give as much notice as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Since deposits are non-refundable, cancellations or indefinite reschedules mean your deposit cannot be returned.

If you cancel your appointment with at least 48 hours notice and you’d like to reschedule immediately to another date, you do not need to pay another deposit.

If you cancel your appointment / do not show up to your appointment with less than 48 hours notice, the deposit is lost and you will have to pay another one to make a new appointment.

If you have been rescheduled and you cancel a second time, your deposit will be forfeited and will have to pay a new one if you need to reschedule.

Client Expectations

Evergreen Tattoo Studio is Strictly 18+

I do not tattoo anyone under the age of 18. Please bring valid photo ID to your booking, failure to do so will result in a cancelled booking.

Friends & family

You can bring a support person if you’re feeling nervous! However, please no children (unless okayed’ by me). Support groups of more than 2 may have to wait downstairs in our lounge area.

Preparing for your appointment

Please have something to eat and be hydrated before your appointment. Remove any hair from the tattoo area & ensure you are wearing the appropriate clothing to suit the placement of your tattoo.

Avoid consuming alcohol the night before/day of your appointment (alcohol can increase the bleeding).

Avoid using numbing cream prior to your appointment, numbing cream may affect the healing process of your tattoo.

Late Policy

It is your responsibility to arrive on time, please allow for traffic AND for parking. If you’re more than 20 minutes late unfortunately we will have to reschedule and your deposit will be forfeited.

Design changes

Please get in contact with me via instagram before your booking if you have any pre-planned design changes. Your booking time does not allow for complete/major changes.
