Studio Address

Unit 1/14 Avalon Parade, Miami, Gold Coast - Look for the building/complex with the black gates and the BIG number 14! If the main gate is closed, look for the small side gate on the right. Our studio is the first door!

Payment Method

Cash is preferred PLUS you’ll get $10 off for cash payments (excl. flash days) However, I can take bank transfers, eftpos and AFTERPAY. Please keep in mind GST will be added at checkout & there is a small 1.9% merchant surcharge when paying via eftpos and an additional 6% with afterpay.

ATM is located at the Shell petrol station next to KFC (200m from the studio).

Late Policy

Please allow enough time for traffic AND for parking. If you’re more than 20 minutes late unfortunately we may have to reschedule and your deposit will be forfeited.

Parking

Parking can be a b*tch unfortunately. It’s the Gold Coast + road works +  lack of parking = you might have to walk 200m. There are plenty of side streets around the studio though that don’t have a parking time limit AND are free! So make sure you give yourself sometime to find parking, grab a coffee and relax before your appointment!

Cancellation/Reschedule Policy

Rescheduled appointments need to be made within 48 hours to be able to transfer your deposit to a new date. Appointments that are rescheduled with less than 48 hours notice will unfortunately forfeit their deposit and will have to make a completely new booking and deposit. 

A cancellation and/or no show will forfeit the deposit completely.

Design Changes

Please get in contact with me via instagram before your booking if you have any pre-planned design changes. Your booking time does not allow for complete/major changes.

Preparing for your appointment

Please have something to eat and be hydrated before your appointment. Remove any hair from the tattoo area & ensure you are wearing the appropriate clothing to suit the placement of your tattoo.

Avoid consuming alcohol the night before/day of your appointment (alcohol can increase the bleeding).

Avoid using numbing cream prior to your appointment, numbing cream may affect the healing process of your tattoo.

Friends & Family

You can bring a support person if you’re feeling nervous! However, please no children (unless okayed’ by me). Support groups of more than 2 may have to wait downstairs in our lounge area.
